Victoria Attie E.

Victoria is a Panamanian artist currently based in New York, pursuing a dual degree in Illustration and Psychology. She has spent most of her life creating through drawing and painting, developing a strong connection to visual storytelling and mixed media practices. Through experimentation with different materials and techniques, she has discovered a particular interest in observational and location-based drawing, using real environments and lived experiences as sources of inspiration.

Her work is driven by curiosity and a desire to remain open to new processes rather than settling into one fixed style. She values exploration as part of her creative identity and is especially interested in how art can function as both personal expression and a tool for connection. Victoria’s practice reflects her background of moving between cultures, which has shaped her sensitivity to memory, place, and emotional experience.

Looking forward, Victoria hopes to pursue commission-based illustration work alongside a career in art therapy. She is motivated by the idea of using art not only to communicate her own perspective, but also to support others in expressing and processing their emotions. Her long-term goal is to merge creativity and care, creating work that is both visually engaging and socially meaningful.
